With a long history in animal husbandry and care, Dr. Nāone is uniquely positioned to share information about dogs of all breeds. For anything she isn’t sure about, Dr. Nāone will reach out to her circle of veterinarians to offer the best answer possible.

RETURN policy
We have a 100% happiness policy with a 30-day window to return your product if you are not completely happy for any reason. For your refund, email us at aloha@laauinc.com. We will ask you return the remainder of the product in its original packaging. Once we receive your jar, we will process your credit and let you know that we have done so.
ORDER fulfillment
We will ship your order on the same day if you order by 2pm PST M-Saturday, otherwise it will go out the next day. We can’t ship on Sundays so if you order after 2pm on Saturday, then it will go out on Monday. Same applies for Federal Holidays. We aim to be speedy because we care about your dog just like you do!
